The interior has been coated with speciality Whitford Quantanium coating, a premium triple layer PFOA-free non-stick coating that ensures food doesn't cling to the bottom or sides. A sandwich-style bottom ensures the heat is evenly distributed across the base while a convenient handle ensures the sauce pan is easy to manoeuvre about the kitchen. The included lid even contains smart holes to allow steam to escape.
