The Herit chair arm rest & leather upholstery black oak from Normann Copenhagen is designed by Simon Legald. The name Herit comes from the English word Heritage, which means inheritance, a fitting name for the collection of chairs as Legald was inspired by the Danish design heritage in his creations. Legald wanted to create a versatile and durable chair for the modern home, inspired by classic Danish design but made from new innovative materials. The innovative material mix is what distinguishes Herit from many other chairs as it is made of moulded plastic with a foam core and legs of solid wood. This combination allows for a comfortable curve on the backrest that follows the body and provides very good sitting comfort.
