Miyabi 5000MCD Shotoh all knife comes from the Japanese knife manufacturer Miyabi through a collaboration with the company Zwilling and the chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Rokusaburo Michiba. The strong chef's knife has incredible quality and a really sharp 13 cm long blade thanks to the micro-carbide powder steel material and the core covered by 132 steel layers. It is lightweight and easy to handle and is excellent for chopping all smaller items for cooking. A perfect knife to have in the drawer if you are particular about your kitchen utensils.
