The Räsymatto breakfast set from Finnish Marimekko consists of two mugs with handles and two stoneware saucers with the well-known Räsymatto pattern designed by Maija Louekari. The shape of the mugs and saucers, in turn, was developed by Sami Ruotsalainen. Räsymatto means rag rug in Finnish, and the small dots resemble the knots of a rag rug. The dotted mugs and small plates are equally suitable for coffee with friends as they are for breakfast with the family.
