Grill plate from Kockum made of 6 mm Swedish carbon steel and can be used on all types of stovetops as well as in ovens and on grills. The Kockumshäll is equally suitable for smashing burgers and baking pizza as it is for frying larger pieces of meat or fish. The grill plate is pre-seasoned with vegetable oils and ready to use directly. The plate has two sturdy handles and a low edge at the front to prevent spilling of fat and liquids if you want to move the plate to the table for serving and keeping the food warm.
