Kockums perforated baking form made from Swedish carbon steel is optimal for grilling vegetables, seafood, fish, and smaller pieces of meat that are otherwise difficult to place directly on the grill grate. The form is also excellent for baking bread in the oven as the heat and steam can circulate freely around the dough. The form is pre-seasoned with vegetable oils so that it is ready to use immediately.
