The Brasserie frying pan by Fiskars is a traditional, sturdy frying pan made of cast iron with a wooden handle. Cast iron as a material is extremely heat resistant, meaning that the pan is perfect for frying at high temperatures, as needed for example when searing meat. The pan can even be used in the oven. The protective, industrial porcelain enamel protects the pan against chemical and physical wear.
