Please note: All packages to the U.S. are now subject to tariffs, import fees, and local taxes.

Shipping cost and delivery time

We primarily ship with DHL Parcel for its reliable service. For some destinations, we also offer express shipping via UPS. Depending on the size of your order, we may ship with either Dachser or FedEx.

  • Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your shipping country and order value
  • You’ll see the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time at checkout
  • Delivery times are calculated from when your order leaves our warehouse. We work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Prices, VAT & customs information

For EU customers:

  • All prices include VAT
  • No additional import fees

For customers in the UK, Switzerland & Norway:

  • Prices include VAT
  • No extra customs fees will be charged upon delivery

For customers outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, Asia):

  • Prices are shown without VAT or local taxes
  • Duties, taxes, and fees may apply when your order arrives 
  • These are not included in your payment at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility
  • You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company

As a result of new U.S. government legislation, all orders shipped to the United States are subject to tariffs, import fees, and local sales taxes. These additional costs are not collected by Nordic Nest. Instead, they will be payable directly to the carrier or the relevant customs authority, typically around the time of delivery. If the parcel is refused, return and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer care team with any questions. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
