The triply-construction means that the casserole dish consists of three layers, the outermost being copper, the middle aluminium, and the inner stainless steel. The aluminium layer along with the copper ensures quick and even heating, while the stainless steel interior provides an easy-care and practical surface for both cleaning and cooking. The included glass lid is equipped with a steam vent and a comfortable cast stainless steel handle. The copper casserole dish has a magnetic steel base and can therefore also be used on induction hobs.
