The Signature knife sharpener from Robert Welch has been specially adapted for use with Signature blades and their exceptionally sharp 15 degree sharpening angle. This premium sharpener features a replaceable ceramic whetstone steel and a solid plastic handle. A weight at the bottom and non-slip base ensure that the sharpener stays firmly in place as you use it to maintain your knives. Carefully pull the entire length of the blade through the knife sharper 10–12 times to restore its sharpness. Replace the ceramic grinding wheel every 1–2 years (depending on use) to maintain the quality of your blades.
