Pancake pan 24 cm from Kockums Jernverk is made of 100% carbon steel. The 4 mm thick bottom provides even and energy-efficient heat conduction. The pan is crafted with Swedish oils, which give excellent frying properties and good non-stick effect. The design with a low edge and slightly angled inside makes it easy to flip pancakes. The pan works on all heat sources, including open fire and grill.
