This set of Edo stainless steel pots from Alessi is a complete starter set full of pots and pans in a minimalist and stylish design. Magnetic bottoms on the pots render them suitable for use with induction cookers. The Edo collection was designed by Patricia Urquiola with a modern yet wonderfully minimalist look, featuring clean shapes and gently curved handles. The series name is a reference to the Latin word "edere" which means "to eat". It is also the ancient name for the city of Tokyo, whose design aesthetic partially inspired the minimalist form of the collection.
